Estimating the parallax of the image of the meniscus of a growing crystal

Abstract

This paper proposes an approach that makes it possible to investigate the parallax of the image of the meniscus of a crystal being grown from the melt by pulling and to estimate how it affects the metrological characteristics of optical systems for monitoring the geometry of the crystal.
