Abstract

This paper proposes a way to construct an optoelectronic digital signal retranslator to exchange information with the rotating part of circular-scan optoelectronic radar. The retranslator is designed in the form of a composite ring with a free central zone. A description is given of a prototype, its list of components, and the results of experimentally checking how well it works.
