Linear drive of a Fourier spectrometer

Abstract

A linear drive used for the scanning system of a Fourier spectrometer is proposed based on a new type of linear actuator with a moving magnet. Models of the drive and scanning system are designed to assess the quality of a scanning system based on such a drive.
