The Goos-Hänchen effect for surface plasmon polaritons: erratum

Abstract

A misprint in our manuscript is reported and corrected.

In our paper [1], there is a misprint in the inline equation defining the critical angle for total internal reflection θ_c, which can be found on page 15486 at the end of the second paragraph. The correct definition reads

sin θ_{c} = {[1 - 1 / ɛ_{2} (ω)]}^{\frac{1}{2}} / {[1 - 1 / ɛ_{1} (ω)]}^{\frac{1}{2}}

and was used in all caluclations. We regret the error, which does not affect the numerical results or conclusions presented in [1].
