Abstract

More than 28% 4HG efficiency and 7% 5HG efficiency from the fundamental have been obtained from a nanosecond Q-switched diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser. The achieved average power was 2.5 W at 266 nm and 0.63 W at 213 nm.
