Multispectral Bioluminescence Tomography: Simulations and Phantom Studies with a priori x-ray CT Spatial Priors

Abstract

We describe the development an integrated x ray CT and bioluminescence tomography imaging system. Reconstructions of optical properties using CT spatial priors are presented with simulated multispectral bioluminescence reconstructions. Experiments to confirm the simulations are underway.
