Abstract
We report multiplexed two-photon imaging in vivo with fast pixel rates and micrometer resolution. Using coherent control of the two-photon excited fluorescence, it was possible to perform selective microscopy of GFP and endogenous fluorescence in developing Drosophila embryos.
