Decomposition of high-order eigenmodes in plasmonic nanostructures using transmission matrix analysis

Abstract

We propose and demonstrate a near-field transmission matrix-based singular value decomposition for mapping the high-order eigenmodes of a 50nm spacing double-slot that, are invisible with conventional computation and NSOM measurements in 640nm.
