Abstract
Multiplexed fluorescence sensing/imaging is an important technique for elucidating cellular activity by simultaneously visualizing the behavior of biomolecules. In this paper, we present experimental verification of a fluorescence tag whose fluorescence spectrum can be switched with the change of the FRET network’s structure in response to molecular inputs. An unmixing algorithm is applied to estimate the concentration of a target molecule. Experimental results demonstrate the basic function of the fluorescence tag for quantitative molecular sensing.
