Comparison Between Classical and Ion Assisted Deposited TiO2 Layers for Optical Coatings

Abstract

The Electron Microscopy shows that the observed microstructure of titania films produced by Ion Assisted Deposition strongly differs from that of films produced by classical evaporation.
