Abstract

We have confirmed that there is severe dependence of fluorescent profiles in Nd:Y3Al5O12 ceramics on Nd-doping concentration. Especially at 1319-nm stimulated emission cross section becomes −46% by 8.9at.% Nd3+-doping compared to 1.0at.% samples.
