Multiphoton Imaging of Structure and Function in Mouse Models of Alzheimer's Disease

Abstract

Transgenic mouse models recapitulate many of the features of Alzheimer's disease, and multiphoton microscopy allows interrogation of the cellular and molecular mechanisms that lead to neurotoxicity, with the goal of developing effective therapeutics.
