Novel Soft Optrodes for Infrared Neuromodulation

Abstract

In this work we present a novel optrode fabricated by thermal drawing to perform simultaneous infrared neuromodulation and electrophysiological recording. The device has been tested in vivo, showing to be suitable for the intended application.
