Pulsed Laser Deposition of CdS-ITO Nanocomposite Films on Electric-Field-Applied Substrates

Abstract

CdS nanocrystals in ITO films were prepared via pulsed laser deposition under an electric field parallel to the film surface. The larger current flowed across the films, the more vigorously crystallization of CdS in nanometer scale occurred.
