Waveguide Bragg Grating Based Humidity Sensing Chip Associated With PVA-PDMS Film

Abstract

We demonstrated a novel relative-humidity sensing chip (RHSC), which is based on waveguide Bragg grating assistant with PVA-PDMS. The RHSC shows a 7pm/RH% sensitivity at the range of 50%RH to 90%RH.
