Research on the Characteristics of Excimer Laser Raman Amplification and Beam Combination

Abstract

Various research have been done for the Stimulated Raman Scattering in high pressure gas pumped by excimer laser, more wavelength output can be obtained both by Stokes and anti–Stokes shifts. On the other hand, Raman beam clean–up and Raman beam combination are useful for the laser fusion and high intensity laser systems.
