Polarization switching in a 633-nm He-Ne laser caused by injection locking

Abstract

Polarization switching by injection-locking was observed in a 633-nm single-mode He-Ne laser with internal-mirrors[1]. In this study, detailed switching characteristics are investigated for the single-mode and two-mode lasers respectively.
