Abstract
Ronchi deflectometry is a widely used optical testing technique which has been extensively studied [1]. While lacking of the precision that interferometric techniques provide, its dynamical range allows the measurement of surface slope variations unavailable for interferometers. The technique has been commonly applied to the profilometry of spherical and aspherical surfaces, and phase-shifting techniques have been proposed in order to improve its measurement precision [2].
