Anomalous Dispersion in 300 nm-Thick Si3N4 Concentric-Ring-Resonators

Abstract

We present a mode coupling scheme to achieve anomalous dispersion with concentric-ring-resonators, and demonstrate broadband anomalous dispersion with a peak value of 2700 ps/nm/km in a 300 nm-thick Si3N4 platform in the near infrared.
