Power intensity noise in cavity optomechanical accelerometers through RF sensing

Abstract

We develop a theoretical representation of sensitivity noise generated by laser and power intensity instabilities on optomechanical accelerometers that use RF mechanical resonance shift. The theoretical model is further matched to on-chip measured data.
