Two-Dimensional Reconfigurable Imaginary Gauged Laser Array

Abstract

We demonstrate the first integrated two-dimensional laser array with a reconfigurable synthetic imaginary gauge field. The point-gap topology in this non-Hermitian system manifests as skin modes, which enable persistent phase locking compatible with mode shaping.
