Endogenous BOTDA in Self-Homodyne Coherent Detection Transmission System

Abstract

Embedded with 400-Gbps self-homodyne coherent transmission architecture, an endogenous Brillouin optical time-domain analyzer is proposed and achieved with a spatial resolution of 3 meters and a relative frequency error < 2 MHz.
