Abstract

The combination fabrication-tolerant cascaded MZIs and cross-port connection scheme enables a broadband wavelength (de)multiplexer with -38.81±3.19 dB optical channel crosstalk and -0.212±0.6 nm wavelength deviation over 12-inch silicon-on-insulator wafer.
