Single-Chip Laser Source with Linear FMCW LiDAR Chirp

Abstract

We present a single-chip hybrid integrated laser source that contains an on-chip delay line for linear FMCW LiDAR chirp. The demonstrations shows the feasibility of chirp linearization without the need for long external optical delays.
