Abstract

Squeezing obtained with a pump-noise suppressed semiconductor laser has been extensively studied using quantum mechanical models.1 Several experiments have proved the validity of these theories.2 The influence of the nonlinear gain on noise suppression has also been pointed out by using a semiclassical corpuscular theory.3
