Co2-laser induced photoeffects in inhomogeneous InSb

Abstract

We present an experimental study of photovoltage induced by pulsed CO2-laser radiation in InSb p-n junctions. We demonstrated that the inhomogeneous semiconductor structure is suitable for investigation of laser interaction with the material via the photovoltaic effect.
