Abstract
The subject of our report is the investigation of processes, which takes place in liquid crystal (LC) cell, controlled by electric field, under the influence of CO2 laser radiation pulse (λ = 10.6 μm, τp = 0.5-1.5 μs). In details two aspects are observed: the dynamics of intracavity interaction of radiation with LC, taking into account its high thermal nonlinearity; and correlation between the dynamics of light scattering in disturbed LC and LC-texture transformation.
