Abstract

One of the fundamental quantum optical systems is the nondegenerate parametric oscillator (NDPO), in which a photon of externally driven pump mode ω₀ splits into a pair of photons ω₀ and ω₂ (ω₀ = ω₁ + ω₂) of the signal and idler modes.
