Abstract

The paper reports comparative study of electroluminescence emission spectra (EES) of CaSO₄:Dy with respect to EES of CaS:Dy, CaSO₄:Bi, and CaS:Bi. The details regarding phosphor preparation, electroluminescence (EL) cell, electroluminescence set-up etc. have been reported elsewhere^(1,2).
