Abstract

Spatial distribution of blue electroluminescence(EL) in ZnSe MIS diodes(1,2) using ZnS polycrystal film as an insulating layer has been studied. The diodes were fablicated by nominally undoped ZnSe crystals grown from the vapour phase in sealed capsules containing light excess of zinc(3).
