Progressing laser spectroscopic methods as future Optical Gas Standards

Abstract

Laser spectroscopy providing direct SI-traceable amount fraction, realized by Optical Gas Standards, complement gaseous reference materials. The method needs to be propagated into calibration and measurement capabilities. This paper highlights anchor points to this route.
