Abstract
The term statokinetic dissociation (SKD) is used in clinical perimetry. It describes a greater sensitivity to a kinetic stimulus relative to an identical static stimulus. SKD was reported initially in patients with occipital lobe lesions1, and subsequently in patients with various other forms of neurological and ocular disease2-9.
