Optical scanning holography

Abstract

The making of a hologram with long wavelengths can be achieved with a scanning technique (such as in scanned acoustical holography). A local oscillator can supply an electronic reference to a multiplier and low pass filter to extract the phase information of the scattered signal obtained by a scanning receiver.
