Large field of view depolarization mapping in the human retina using polarization-sensitive OCT

Abstract

The RPE’s depolarization properties might give insight into its structure and composition. We quantified depolarization in a large field of view for healthy and glaucomatous eyes. In both cases, the depolarization distribution is non-homogeneous.
