Computational Aberration Correction Enhances Field-of-View in Visible-Light Optical Coherence Microscopy

Abstract

An increased lateral field-of-view in visible-light optical coherence microscopy is achieved by utilizing a custom 4-mirror scan unit combined with computational correction for aberrations generated in the peripheral regions of the optical objective.
