Multi-stage WDM demultiplexer with improved crosstalk performance

Abstract

A novel WDM demultiplexing structure that reduces crosstalk is proposed. The crosstalk improvement achieved with this structure is estimated numerically. Taking fabrication errors into account, its feasibility is investigated.
