Abstract

The article deals with the problems of synthesis and analysis of optical and structural properties of superfine stratified periodic structures (1-3). On the basis of the development of the general theory of their synthesis, an analytical and numerical investigation is carried out of the influence of variation in layers' thicknesses and refraction indecies in such class of structures on their optical characteristics and properties.
