Indices and Thicknesses Determination of Thin Optical Multilayer Coatings by Spectroscopic Ellipsometry

Abstract

Thin optical multilayer coatings, digital mirrors, have been measured by visible spectroscopic ellipsometry. Data reduction and limitations of results of this technics will be analyzed.
