Abstract

Harmonic generation is growing into a valuable tool to expand the availability of high power laser radiation into the visible and infrared wavelength region. Nd:YAG laser (Neodymium doped Yttrium Aluminium Garnet) for example, with a basic working wavelength at 1064nm, can be used to generate this way high power laser radiation at 532 and 355nm.
