Wide-angle broadband antireflection with Nano-taper hydrated alumina film

Abstract

Wide-angle and broadband antireflection coating is proposed including the nano-tapered Al2O3•xH2O structure and high-low index multilayer film. The average reflectance values for 400-1100nm are 0.40% and 3.13% at AOI of 6° and 60°.
