Micro-cavity optimization for ultra-sensitive all-dielectric optical sensors

Abstract

We present an analytical method for the optimization of luminescent micro-cavities to create a substrate that is extremely sensitive to contamination. This process provides an alternative to sensors based on illumination in free space.
