Efficient Development of Robust Strategies for Broadband and Monochromatic Optical Monitoring

Abstract

A computer program simulating the deposition process with both broadband and monochromatic optical monitoring strategies allows to determine the most suitable parameters prior to deposition. This saves time and resources and is demonstrated using the example of a narrow bandpass filter.
