3D Fluorescence Lifetime Estimation Using Deep Learning

Abstract

A convolutional neural network, extracting spatial features from continuous wave intensity measurements, is proposed as an end-to-end solution for accurate 3D lifetime reconstructions. In silico investigations are used to assess the proposed network.
