Abstract
We applied nonlinear optical system to study multilayer 2D-material such as multilayer graphene produced by exfoliation and thin film of gold and silicon. We observe third-harmonic generation intensities vary on thickness of multilayer graphene flakes. The nonlinear spectroscopy matches optical microscopy well.
