Abstract

An 82.8-Gbit/s probabilistic-shaped QAM quantum noise stream cipher (QNSC) transmission system has been demonstrated over 520-km. Experimental results show it can achieve an improvement of ~170-km compared with traditional QNSC scheme under 7%FEC threshold.
