Multiplexed sensor of lasing microresonators for biochemical sensing

Abstract

This paper proposes a sensor with hundreds of lasing microresonators for multiplexed biochemical sensing. Fabrication of the sensor, interrogation configuration and sensing performance supported by the deep-learning engine on example of antibodies mixtures are discussed.
