3D tomographic imaging of multiple-scattering samples via multi-slice beam propagation

Abstract

We demonstrate a computational microscopy framework, based on multi-slice beam propagation, to reconstruct 3D refractive-index tomograms of multiple-scattering samples. Preliminary results demonstrate promising 3D imaging of a Drosophila embryo.
