Intense THz radiation from femtosecond-laser-irradiated InAs and its geometrical dependent saturation effect in high magnetic field

Abstract

Geometrically dependent saturation of the THz radiation power and spectral shift are observed. Additionally, significant enhancement of THz-radiation power is observed at the Brewster-incident-angle case.
