Abstract

Photoemission timing measurements are performed on isosteric molecules in the gas phase on attosecond timescales. Comparing the photoemission time delay between the σ and π orbitals in the inner and outer valence states of CO2 and N2O leads to a deeper insight into the characteristics of isosterism in the time-domain.
