Abstract
In this paper, we present the effects of crosslinking in polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) on picosecond optical dephasing of the zero-phonon line for two doped dye molecules measured by incoherent photon echoes. We show that the effects can be explained as the decrease of a local density of the two-level tunneling system (TLS) in PVA.
